COTEAUX DU LYONNAIS/BEAUJOLAIS
Located between the Northern Rhône and Beaujolais, the Coteaux du Lyonnais is a hidden gem waiting to be rediscovered. At the heart of this region, Emmanuel Rostaing-Tayard is bringing new life to the historic vineyards of his childhood village, Savigny.
After years spent mastering biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy and New Zealand, Emmanuel returned to Savigny in 2020 to take over the last Gamay parcels. His mission? To preserve the region’s heritage while crafting wines that reflect its unique terroirs—granitic soils, steep slopes, and southern exposures.
Committed to organic and biodynamic practices, the estate avoids synthetic chemicals, respects the natural cycles, and lets the land speak through its Gamay and Chardonnay wines. Gentle plowing, hand harvesting, and wild yeasts create vibrant, terroir-driven wines with finesse and character.
At Vino Social Club, we’re proud to share Domaine Rostaing-Tayard’s creations—wines that honor the past while shaping a bold future for the Coteaux du Lyonnais.
