Cyprien is a young and talented cider producer in Calvados. After completing his studies in a prestigious business school, he felt the need to reconnect with his Roots
For him, that source is in Normandy. In 2020 he decided to return to his terroir where he started by harvesting appels from traditionnel orchads around the family farm. Since 2023 he has been replanting high-stem apple and pear trees
Cyprien produces natural ciders, with handpicked appels, no added sulphits or any other additives. His cuvees have gained popularity, becoming a must-try for wine enthousiasts and cider lovers
